    Kyuseishu is a very calm and laid back man. He is there to be a neutral bystander who will take action when needed and only finds justice held within the people/persons that have the dispute. He has no need to go out of his way to harm anyone even if ordered to by a much higher up. He looks at everything from a 3rd party prospective and takes no side unless one is in his favor or for the greater good. When it comes to his job he does way the pay allows him to do. He won't do more than what he is paid for and won't do more just because he is able to. Kyu will not be paid to kill one person and expect to kill another 5 for the thrill. As said he will only protect one person in the group of 5 that has paid him not the others, only if he is paid to protect all members, or kill all 5 people he will do so. He snears at those who kill for money and rejects most offers that come to him, only if the purpose is severe enough and a good reason to end someones life. Kyu does not take anything lightly in his mind, but may act like it. He thinks everything out thoroughly and makes sure what he does it the least objective thing to do and most neutral.
